R14 tires NLA?

Blinked and it’s time again for new rubber.
No more Michelin r14s! Can find General Altimax either.

What are you guys using now?

I had good experience with Altimax RT43 (obsolete) on an '83 SD. I have Altimax RT45 (replacement?) 185/60-14s on a much lighter car and they're doing the job. The car's nothing like a MB though. tirerack.com has about the same selection in 185/70-14 and 195/70-14, less selection in 205/70-14. Discount Tire which owns Tire Rack adds Uniroyal and a bunch of brands I've never heard of.

I like my Kumhos a lot. You could do a lot worse.

Thanks all for the replies.

I thought about those Kumhos, supposed to be a tighter ride… bilstein HDs, thicker rear sway bar. But then I remembered I probably have about 64 HP left

Went with Altimax from fixgo
