Thanks for the great posts! They have been super helpful as I try to learn this car. I could use help on an Injection pump removal to get to freeze plugs.
1) What is the part in front of the ALDA circled in red? Any trick to get it off so I can remove IP? I am worried about breaking the plastic connector.
2) When I removed the screw plug to look at IP timing blade, it was full of oil. Making it hard to check engine timing (-15 ATDC) to IP timing. is it normal to have a lot of oil in there or is there a problem?
