Technical Data Book / Manual / TDM ?
According to this board, I need some info out of the "TDM" for setting the transmission modulator pressure on my 87 SDL.
A poster said to call MBUSA and ask for it. I called MBUSA and they said that there was something called the Technical Data Book on the 126 chassis CD. I looked at my copy (copyright 2000) and didn't see it. Does anyone have any ideas where to obtain this document and what its real name is? Alternatively, if anyone knows what the transmission modulator pressure at the test port should be at 2000 rpms, let me know. later

Usually referred to as a "TDM", it's the Technical Data Manual you're looking for. I'm unsure if MB still has these available or not. If you called them and asked to talk to someone about technical literature, they would be able to tell you.
I have a pretty good supply of TDM's, if I get a chance I'll se if there is an 87 one down there. Gilly
