The front handles are showing their age, but back handles are near perfect. Can they be swapped? If so, how do I remove & replace the handles?

I had a 79 240 with manual window cranks so Im not sure if they are the same. The crank itself has trim on it the same color as the interior of the vehicle. That pops out (Im not sure how exacly but they do come out easily). Under that is a phillip screw. Unscrew it and it is yours!

Thanks Rich,

Mission accomplished! FYI the trim held the handle on the shaft by clever German engineering using hole and slot instead of a screw.
