still smokin

This thing is really frustrating me now. ever since i barely touched the alda, the car wont do over 60 w/o all the sudden smokin like crazy, smelling like burning oil, pinging and causing the accelerator to stick. once i'm off the gas, it calms down in about 10 seconds, with only a slight temp. increase.

whats going on? I've reset the timing to 24, ran some purge through and tried to back off on the alda. nothing has helped. under 60, it runs great!

please help!!!

Wow, maybe you broke the ALDA and it's telling the injector pump weird things. Have you tried disassembling the ALDA and checking the springs inside?
