$220 for new belt tensioner and shock, good price?
That's parts and labor. Tensioner is sitting crooked

not a hard job if everything goes OK
But, if there is a problem getting the fan clutch off, it could go from 1 to 3 hours pretty quick.
Add up what the parts would cost on Fastlane, it is probably around $100, so $200 it would seem to be OK. For mine, I ended up taking the radiator out and changed the coolant at the same time. All in all, it wasn't that tough.
