I need a little help getting this repair started. My daughter arrived home from college and noted the car's blower motor would not work. She reported some clicking noises getting louder before it quit, and I noted the switch seems unduly difficult to turn from one end of its travel to the other. Edit: I already checked the fuses and there are no problems there.

So I would appreciate a little advice from anyone who has exhumed the blower motor so I know where to start. Once I get it out I think I will be able to manage the repair. I would also appreciate any advice on getting the speed selector switch out as it is suspect as well. Thanks, Jim
