Well let me set it up. 94' S350 with 62000 miles. Only 3000 miles since the engine was rebuilt.

Sometimes when at idle, the engine will stutter like it's missing a beat or something. Also at that time, huge clouds of blue smoke will come out. I know this signals burning too much oil, but it doesn't smoke blue all the time. Only sometimes when it's at idle and it stutters.

Checked the oil level and it was still between min and max, but right near minimum.

So is it something serious to worry about?
