Vito 110D stops at -30'C

Help me please!! when the temperature is under -29'C my MB Vito 110D(1998year) is stops in the way, after that engine starting and working for 40 second and stops again. I think that the diesel fuel is quality marked "arctic", may be i need to worming up a fuel in a tanker.

It problem exist onle on the way after appr. 90 kilometers of the way at -29'C, when Vito is staying he working even at -42'C.
