'82 240D will not shut off.

Puddle of tranny fluid under the car(bellhousing)

Tranny shifts fine when warm

Beyond normal sluggishness on take-off when cold, engine revs high. Seems to be slipping.

Where in the car do I place the explosives to achieve maximum satisfaction?
