Fuel leak by gas tank

I noticed some diesel fuel on my drive way, trace it to the fuel tank " out " line on the right side of the gas tank. Is this hard to change? Anything else I need to do beside just changing that line? Is this something I need to do right away? Any danger? I also found a small leak on my air conditioning line by the power steering reservoir ( the thick hose with special fitting ) is there anyway to patch that up? The line seems to come from compressor to firewall. Thanks a lot... This is for 83' 240D
