I've been trying to diagnose a glow plug problem and was told to check this relay (the one under the cowel) and there may be a fuse there. I pulled it apart this afternoon, but I don't know what to check and there is no fuse. Don't know if contacts should be open or closed. Springs on the relay seem intact, with little corosion on the contacts. With key in number 2 position all 4 contacts on the firewall side show 12 volts. Is this the time delay relay I'm searching for on this model? Any ifo would be appreciated.
