I think I just figured something out.

Is the "banjo bolt" that *everyone* keeps talking about also called a "union screw" -- as in page 125 of Haynes. It is the bolt(s) with the hole...?

That is what the UAW has been doing for years and the driving force behind the people on this froum driving 20+ year-old German diesels.

thats a pretty good one, its funny...because its true.


i have no idea what a banjo bolt is, and i doubt i ever will. Unless it breaks of course.
