It was Friday, the rotors I bought were the wrong ones. Had to return them and did not have time to put hubs in for the race replacement. 5:00PM. Found a machine shop that is open till 7PM every day! Called he said come in. He had a rooster as a pet. The owner called it like a dog. It came, I took pictue. Caye's Los Angeles. He is familiar with mercedes. Owns two of them. I am going to drop my rear control arm to replace the bushings. He will press the new ones in. What odd things has anyone seen at a machine shop? Nick |

I would tend to prefer pets which had the ability to at least be " housebroken"......and then there is the factor concerning the pets ' timing' .... because I know Roosters think the day is supposed to start earlier than most machine shops... and are able to let the entire area know their opinions on that....

City Boy that you are, you probably don't realize that Chickens lay edible eggs with or WITHOUT a noisy Rooster around bent on hanky panky.

Cackleberries?
And all this time I thought that they came from those cardboard and foam crates in the cooler next to the cottage cheese!

my old mechanic had some kind of monkey. it was small but it loved to run around his shop. id say he got a lot more business just because of the monkey. word traveled fast. but he only works on mercedes.
