HELP w/ 1983 300SD Fluid Change Questions

My 1983 300SD Turbo Diesel is about to pass 150,000 miles. I feel I should give it a good fluid change - oil, tranny fluid, rear diff, etc... I'm partial to Mobil1, but this is a diesel, and i'm not sure about what makes this transmission happy - any suggestions?
