Drive shaft problem

Hi folks
i have a 1991 w201 2.5D
today i opened the drive shaft for inspection because i had a noise in rear of the car during deceleration

and i found the problem look what a loose bolt can cause
is that fixable ?
i dont want to buy a new driveshaft
and what i can do , ant ideas ?
