I think the seller is trying to show that it is a current picture, and in the car is in Miami Beach, by showing the picture of the news paper...

That dashboard shot is fantastic. The wood looks perfect.
 Apparently, the C is for Clueless in this case. Edit: wow, what's really amazing is that it has 14 bids!
