300 ACC conversion to manual control

I see theres alot of threads posted about the tempermental ACC units and there are suggested repairs posted too. Theres even a past thread on this subject pertaining to a members 300SD but I have yet to see any answers, so here i am reopening the subject. any info on this would be helpful
