"Bigbabbo" Saga Website

Finally replied back to eBay regarding their wanting a copy of my DL or passport and utility bill to prove that I live inside my PO Box (and to hand over to bigbabbo so he can continue his psycho harassment).

Here is a pdf of the letter sent to eBay appeals section

Here's link to the email I just sent in reply to their email asking for my personal info (pasted from sent folder)

Will try to complete this website (link sent to the eBay appeals center) with the latest info from them and regarding this Robert Heidrich person.

So, those who have been following, LMK if I need to re-work the format to make it more readable or add/take away something.

Some of the text in the E-mails isn't wrapping properly. This makes it so that the reader has to scroll across to read some of the information.

Other than that, it looks good to me!

saga web site

I read all the original posts about the problem when it was happening but really couldn't follow exactly what was going on( too thick I guess). Your web site really made it all clear.
There was some 16 year old kid on one of those tv small claims court shows a couple of days ago. He was selling IPODS, taking money for them, then shipping out manilla envelopes full of newspapers. The judge ripped him a few new ones.
I know you want us to boycott this dealer(which I will) but do you also want us to boycott EBAY?
I've had a whack job or two fixate on me in the past and make my life miserable so I know what it feels like.
Good luck with your web site and Ebay bs.

OK, got that fixed (I think).

Only because eBay is MORE culpable than this "bigbabbo", aka "importbaron", person in protecting their "power seller" KNOWING he is a crooked b**tard while feeding me to the fish just on his BS statements (that are independantly provable to the contrary!) knowing I haven't done any of what this POS has accused me of.

As far as the gambling spam, I have no idea? Might be something from the free site it's hosted on. Do you have pop-ups blocked??

If this continues to be a problem I'll host the page somewhere else.

BTW, thanks everyone who has at least gandered at the site and has read this. Commiseration at least makes me FEEL better, being the current target for this nutcase.

I just checked; it's better, but not quite "right". I tried re-sizing my screen to 1024x768 and everything except one line (the SUBJECT heading in the last E-mail) fit on the screen without scrolling side-to-side. But, the scrolling side-to-side is still necessary with an 800x600 screen, although it's not as pronounced as it was before.

Just wanted to make sure you're aware

Everything looks pretty good to me. Sorry to hear about your troubles. I was following your original threads, and the website sums it up quickly and clearly. Good job.

You know, I read your story before, of your problems with this bigbabbo character, and thought gee that bigbabbo must be some kind of smuck, but I didn't really think much more about it.

Early this month I was browsing ebay for e320 parts, and came across a hood release handle, and thought, hey i'll just order from here instead of going through and putting a whole order together at parts shop. Boy was that a mistake!

2 weeks after paying and not receiving anything, I figured I'd email the seller to see when the item was shipped. To my suprise/horror their email was bigbabbo@something I don't remember, I then I knew I was in for a hassle. So over the course of yet another week, I emailed the seller a few times, no replies to 4 emails. I tried calling as well but got busy signals all the time. I was really hoping to get to talk to him and straighten out the situation, as he may have "ebay clout" as he is a powerseller, but too bad for him I too am an ebay powerseller who sells nearly double what bigbabbo does :p

So being that I paid 23 days ago and was given no response to any of the emails I sent, I filed a complaint through paypal against him to get my money back (the $9.75 or so I spent on the handle doesn't matter, it's just I needed the part)

In case anyone here is wondering the new ebay id of bigbabbo is BenzBaron

I'm sure that has been covered already but just to try and imprint it into the brains of everyone. Boy this is a long post, must be the cappacino.

Phil, how about emailing the lady who's taken my appeal and LHK about YOUR problems with this guy, maybe that'll help with their restoring my user account.

Name is "Lilith", email: rswebhelp@ebay.com

The case is for "10mmmag", me.

This guy had a good rep on the M-100 group for providing good prices on parts. I read his feedback on Ebay. The negatives rip him apart and his replies are WACKO! But he has TONS of positives. Its very weird.

Ebay is about useless on fraud. I got ripped a few years back and they don't give a crap at all. I went to visit the guy who ripped me (he ripped many others on Ebay as well) and talked to his local police and I got my money back. I was VERY lucky. Postal inspector was useless too, considerign it was mail fraud.

Just got this today from eBay in response to my last letter. Either this is just a form letter, or they are just too stupid to even read. The address I use and told them such is a BUSINESS address, no one I KNOW has their business PO Box (like eBay!) on their drivers license. Morons.

Hello,

Thank you for writing to eBay concerning your account status.

Tom, I understand your concern about your account suspension. However,
your situation has received multiple reviews, and it has been decided
that this account will remain closed.

Please understand that, per Section 9 of our User Agreement:

remove your bids or item listings, warn our community of your actions,
issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate
your membership and refuse to provide our services to you if: (a) you

we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to
us; or (c) we believe that your actions may cause financial loss or
legal liability for you, our users or us.

You can review our User Agreement at the following site:

Marketplace Safety Tip: Protect yourself from fraudulent emails that ask
for sensitive personal information like credit card numbers, passwords,
etc. Just because an email message looks like it is sent directly from
eBay, it isn't always. To learn more about protecting yourself from fake
or "spoof" emails, visit our online tutorial by simply cutting and
pasting the following Web address into your browser window:

I agree that Ebay security is a joke. I sent an e-mail to them a few weeks ago about an obviously fraudulent auction. They say they will reply within 24 hrs. Three days later I got an obvious form letter reply for a completely different problem totally unrelated to what I had reported.
They must have a menu of canned responsed and their automatons just press the buttons randomly.

The company must be run by a bunch of idiots because the success of their business relies on trust.
