Where exactly is the bowden cable..???

Is it the cable that runs from the linkage on top of the vavle cover to the passenger side of the tranny? It is just a kickdown cable?

1) yes
2) no - it controls when the tranny shifts.

Yes, it delays the shifts at full throttle
