More 603 skipping problems.

My car is still skipping, when I start it, but it only does it for the first minute or so. The skipping seems to be more time related than temp related. If I let it sit overnight it skips real bad, but today after letting it sit for 3 hours at work it didn't really do it. I'm thinking it is fuel related, I just replaced the injectors, glowplugs, delivery valve seals, and all the filters and fluids, but no improvement. I think maybe it's loseing its prime, is there a way to check this or any other ideas? IP? Help I really want to fix this the car sounds like a junk when I fire it up. Other than that it runs great, tons of power and it idles really smooth once it's done skipping.
