Fixed the 1/4 window!

Fixed my left 1/4 window of my 300CD today, took me a couple of days to find out what the problem was.

The problem was not the arms but the copper colored plate that holds the two guides that slides over the guide-arm.
Over time the point where the copper plate is attached to the "pivot arm" bents, it should be in a straight 90' angle, aligned with the pivot arm.

What happens when it's not straight; the arm that pushes the window will shift, it will push it a third, then shift and pulls it. This makes it going only halfway. It's supposed to push it all the way down.

I think this is a common problem, the regulator I purchased at the junk yard was bent also....

Those CD's look real sharp with all the windows down, finally I fixed it!
