Replaced my axle

Went into the garage yesterday and replaced my right axle. This was one of the easiest jobs I have tackled so far. I only had to make one "extra" trip to AutoZone to pick up a pair of snap ring pliers. Had I paid a little closer attention to my Haynes manual as I was reading up on this job, I would have realized that I didn't have these pliers.

I'd like to thank everyone who had done this job in the past and posted good info for the rest of us to read. I can't believe I actually paid someone to do this for me on my old '80 300D...what a waste of money!

Mike
