engine compartment electrical connection
where would i tie into an electrical connection to hook up the boost controller. since my car is a 1980 300td it did not come with a boost controller. the car now has a 1982 engine witha turbo, and the alda adjusted almost to the max. I am going to the pick and pull today to try and find a boost controller, and an alda incase my current alda does not respond to the boost.
So any sugestions on where to suck the electrical power for the control switch? or suggestions in general on this task? thanks will

Do you mean overboost protection solenoid when you say boost controller? If so, it needs +12V when the engine's running. The switch on the intake manifold provides the ground. Don't forget the switch when you're at the yard. There should be a bunch of power sources in the fuse box.
