How do you get the Tie Rod end off (87 300D)
On my 1987 300D, I am trying to remove my old Tie Rod ends from my Tie Rod assemblies in order to change them. I can get the nuts backed off very easily with a 22mm box wrench, but the Tie Rod ends absolutely wont turn after that.
There is a round collar on the Tie Rod assembly section that seems to prevent the tie rod end from turning. Is there a trick to removing the ends besides using Brute Force? |

Hmmm
Some force required:
The joint has been in place for years. Don't destroy the sleve.
