Replaced fuel and brake lines today!
Just thought I would post this FYI-
300D-Rusted fuel and brake line.
I think the only way to fix this problem using one piece tube would be to have the car on a lift. I decided to use several 5' lengths of 5/16" for the fuel supply and return and 3/16" for the brake line. It took about 13' for the supply, 10' for the return, 3' for the vent and 10' for the brake line. I used flared brake line and joined the sections with unions.
The hardest part was bending the tube up and over the rear subframe, compete PITA-
Definately have a friend help you on this one. I was able to use most of the original rubber mounts to secure everything. Also, be sure to start with an almost empty tank, I had to drain out about 15 gallons!
Good luck!
