trouble after getting 601 back together

Well, we siliconed the crack in the timing cover to make sure it would never leak. After getting it back together and running it, the harmonic balancer wobbles around! I was going to hopefully take it back apart tomorrow, but why would it do this? Everything seems to be lined up, so the balancer is on all the way, but why me? I don;t think the car has any sort of vibration dampner, would this be a part of the problem? You can't see anything wrong when the car is off, and my uncle said it wobbles too much to even be a bent crank! After test driving it for about 3 miles, it seems the main seal may have broken, but I think that's a different matter and has to do with my stupidity. It's just the wobbling thing that has us mystified. Let me knwo what you guys think.
Thanks
David

Well it definately needs taken back apart. I'm sure that once you open it up something may be visibly damaged from whatever is causing the wobbling.
