quarter window replacement

someone busted out my right rear quarter window. i got a replacement and removed the interior door panel but i can't get the window in. can someone please walk me through what else i need to remove and how to do it? not having a window sucks.

There is a screw that goes through the rubber up into the frame of the window (PITA to find and to get out - you can pull-up the door seal to see where the end of the screw comes through), then it (the 1/4 windor rubber - you need to install the window in it outside of the car so you can manipulate the rubber) should slide toward the front of the car and then out (you have to take the main window and window moulding out of the door first to get the 1/4 to slide forward.)

Harder to say than do, if you were close, I could show you how in about 15 mins.
