hints for hot, hot weather operation?

It's getting hot here, will be over 110 for another couple of months, with highs in the 120-125 range at least a couple weeks in there.

So far, I've: stayed on top of oil changing at 3k miles or less, last one was 6 weeks apart; replaced the radiator/thermostat and MB coolant; new belts and hoses; tranny fluid at 15k; new tires next payday; and extra attention to leather conditioner and wash/wax.

Any other wisdom from you wise ones on how to stay ahead of the heat? A/C is working great, wondering about any preventative compressor maintenance...

thanks...
