MityVac model

I've seen several different models on ebay, and just wondered if they are all useful for the different things on our cars that require their use, or if there are certain model choices I need to look for.
Thanks,
Jimmy

My opinion ,,,, and I think others have agreed on some posts about this.... given the number of times per year, the actual parts that work ...... get the cheapest one you can find.... my cheap one is still working fine 20 years later..... IE, the plastic one....then invest in adapter tube sizes to fit lots of stuff....and little rubber caps to use for closing off sections to isolate lines in the diagnostic tree....

The one I bought at Pep Boys was plastic and came with lots of adapters for brake bleeding, vacuum trouble shooting, etc. Cost $40.

I just purchased the "deluxe" model. 4050 I think. I think it has the ability to test pressure as well as vacuum. Plus came with all the gadgets. About $65.

Arrived this am, have not opened the box yet.

Got the cheap plastic model at AutoZone several years ago for about $24. Good buy, never looked back. Came with a bunch of adapters and a brake bleeder.
