'99 e300d turbo intercooler parts, cant find this

my intercoolers plastic coupling has hole in it, dealers says that i have to buy whole intercooler just for what, anyone know how to get one? or know of one who has it?

it just makes no sense to pay close to $600 for whole thing when all i need is plastic coupling that hooks intercooler to pipe that leads up to turbo itself
