Those turbos are quite small (made for VW 1.9L vs MB 3.0L), and sometimes are incorporated into the entire exhaust manifold--probably not a good choice.

The typical ones here in the states are usually Garrett VNT15, way too small for your application. Stick with a VGT20 from a Liberty or VNT22 from a Sprinter.

Its still a smaller displayment engine. VGT20 is. Finding the right turbo for cheap takes patience.

Search "m53" and 'jeep' on fleabay
the GT2056V turbo has M53 stamped on the compressor housing, and is often sold as a M53 for around $120

My GT2056V seems a bit small, but I have no numbers from the stock T3.....The GT2056V with the vanes completely open pushes 14psi boost and 25psi exhaust at ~4,500rpm in 4th gear (With the vanes closed I have the same numbers at 1,500rpm in 1st)

Nope(I have 205/65/15 snow tires on the back)

I can get it to squeal if I rev while feathering the brake and turning.

In the rain however.......

If I remember I will try and shoot some promo videos tomorrow

All the VNT 15s (and the KKK turbo used on the 2004+ PD cars... I think it's a KP39?) have the turbo integrated with the exhaust housing.

And 2x... if a lill 1.9 can push the limits of one of these, putting it on a 3.0 would be like running a mile breathing through a soda straw. I feel bad enough running mine at 17.5 psi!
