I find myself daydreaming about the possibility of replacing the OM602 Turbo engine with a 605 turbo engine in my '93 190E/D. (A '93 190E which has been retrofitted with a 2.5TD engine and 5-speed trans)

I know that there were never any vehicles sold in the US with the OM605 engine, but has anyone seen or heard of an individual importing just the engine to the US? Perhaps from a salvage dealer in Europe somewhere? Is it even possible?

Seeing Jeemu's (sp?) project really has my creative juices fired up.
