Another look at this Monster Drift Wagon!

If you haven't seen this 3.0 OM606 drift W123 before (it's made the rounds on Peach), here's a look at what you can do with a lot of torque and a set of drift tires!



Legendary Mercedes W123 wagon -81 2012 setup. Approx 600hp & 1000Nm with NO
Engine
3.0 Litre, 24 Valve, OM606 -98 Mercedes Turbodiesel Engine.
Custom Exhaust Manifold
Compressor -- Eaton MP90.
Holset HX52 modified by LSD-turbo.
Diesel pump by Mynädiesel (picture below)
Self made Intercooler -- Model Large
Oil cooler
Water injection -- DevilsOwn alcohol injection kit

Radiator moved to the trunk.
BIGEM custom adjusted coilovers.
Rollcage by TS-mekan
Rear & Front Axles from Toyota Aristo
Custom made steering made from Mercedes, Volvo, Toyota and custom parts to give a steering angle of 62 degrees.

Gearbox, Modified Automatic Mercedes AMG E55 Gearbox
Rear & Front Axles from Toyota Aristo

Interior
Stock dashboard with gauges for oil pressure etc.
Hydraulic handbrake
Aluminium fuel tank
Aluminium Air intake & Cooler Box
Water tank!

We have 606 engine in W210.
Is there an easy way to tweak it to only 300 HP?

You need a mechanical IP with 8.5mm elements and a slightly bigger turbo.
If that is not enough next is a better flowing exhaust starting from header.

Just so im not misunderstanding. that engine is pumping out that power with stock internals. And from the looks of it, reliable?
That would be fun to drop into a SDL

I don't know much about the om606, but that's impressive to me.
Ive always loved that vid.
