5th Annual Southeast PA Benzfest
Saturday, August 18, 2012 - 11am until ?

We can start at 11am and go until whenever. I'll provide burgers, hotdogs, chicken, and grilled veggies along with a few cases of beer, soda, and water. Feel free to add anything to that menu since I won't be getting any chips or sides. My budget for this year is a bit smaller than previous years, but it will still be a great time.

Let's get a head count so I can plan for the food and drink.

I live about 1 mile from the Montgomery Mall to give you an idea of where I am. I'm between Allentown and Philadelphia. I'll give my address via PM to everyone that will be coming.

I might be able to cut my vacation short a day and swing by on the way back from up-state New York. I'll bring whatever is running at the time; probably a diesel. Google Maps shows 334 mi, 6 hours 13 mins (give or take a few minutes) from the vacation spot to Chad's.

I'm hoping to be moved up to Delaware by then and if I am then I will be there with one of the cars. If I can convince the wife she may bring the other if there is enough parking space.

Things are coming together nicely already. I'll update the thread with the list of who's attending in a few days. I want to wait for more replies so I'm not updating constantly.

As far as parking, I have a paved driveway as of last year and plenty of room for cars. I get nervous about space every year, but I think the best turnout was around 40 cars and we had plenty of room left.

Im tentatively down. Tentative as in I do not have a running Benz, and I would be ashamed to arrive at a benzfest in a non benz. I might be able to borrow something, or assemble my 115.
