WOW again - how did they manage to change the engines in that W111 so quickly and yet keep them so clean?

unreal beauty.
is that the correct engine oil filler cap?
My 67 250 sl has the aliminium screw on classic cap, not plastic.
Also, what is that on the air induction ?

Double WOW! My grand father had a 63 220 SE I loved that car.
