So, I'm thinking that I'd really like to make this event. If the stars align properly and I am able to come, would there be any interest in seeing my home built injection pump calibration machine?

It has an electronic pump mounted on it now but we can try to mount a mechanical one. I'll just need a source of power, a bench of some sort and a source of air.

if I can make it, I could bring a few hundred gallons of vo, and bring back bd!!!

I may have to drive my pickup... it's got a 105gallon aux fuel tank, and I have LOTS of totes...
that'd be $2.25/gallon of fuel... mmmmm

if I bring a TD, I could still bring a few dozen gallons of VO, and take home some BD...

if I can get my 5speed car on the road (I fitted my driver's fender today, and got the radiator support nearly aligned...) I guess I'll only have a 33 or so gallon tank to go home with...

That would work but I'm thinking that I can bring a nice hefty extension cord. There has to be somewhere to plug in around there.

The main concern is a source of air pressure. If all else fails, I can bring an air tank. I'm just trying to avoid bringing a lot of stuff.

I've got plenty of fresh BioDiesel ready for the event.

Thanks! Most of my concerns with things here at home are falling by the wayside so it's looking more and more like a good possibility that I can come down.

Getting excited!

I am planning to be there with my 98 E300D and my son is going to bring the 87 300TD. I will be bringing my tools and spare parts, and a pop up tailgating tent.
