Free wiper replacement for W211
MB must have a lot of complaints regarding these wipers. I got my replacement free at the dealer.
 Just tell the dealer you have noisy wipers.

Wiper blades are covered under the 4yr/50k warranty.
All you have to do is state they don't work well. DR.D

Here in Canada, MB provide a 2-year/40,000km wear-n-tear warranty covering brake pads/discs/wear sensors, wiper blade refills, and bulbs. I guess one can complain the blades don't work well, and ask for a new pair.
The bumper-to-bumper warranty is 4-year/80,000km, like in US. BUT we have to pay for our own maintenance ! Years ago MB Canada used to cover the 1st oil change... not anymore.
