This is a Russian firm that makes some great-looking tools. I'm trying to locate a distributor in the States, I can't even find out what they charge to sell them.
They look pretty nice, similar to the old style Hazet. DELO TECHNIKI - Russian manufacturer and importer of mechanic hand tools

And to answer your question, yes I do speak , read, write Russian although I have forgotten a lot. I speak French and German daily and research some other things, but don't use the Russian much these days. Ya opozdal mnoga slov' ( I've forgotten a lotta words).

Even Easier...
They say they're an IMPORTER of tools for the RU (Implied DIY market). Chances are the tools are EU manufacture. [Not RU] Hmmmmmm? Who makes Green Tools? It's almost 9:00 A.M. Moscow time Now... 'Call 'Em up ,and ask who they get the Tools from. (Since they're RU only,they shouldn't care if you get a couple of kits from their supplier.)
