index to W126 workshop manual

This seems to be an old thread, but I thought I'd give it a try...

I'm looking for a user-friendly index to the W126 service (workshop) manual, to make using the CD a bit easier. Forum posts suggest that Steve Nervig and friends have produced one and put it up on the web. But the links I have found to the site don't work. Has someone (DC or MBUSA) jumped on it from a great height and killed it off?
