The 1995 E320 Cabriolet is a fairly rare car. 3,676 Cabriolets were produced in 1995, and received a 4 star rating in Frank Barrett's Buyers Guide.
These cars are usually listed in the mid 30's. They will probably continue to depreaciate for a while, and then hopefully begin to increase in value. Look at the 1971 280SE 3.5 convertible for a comparison. Good luck with your sale!!! I went back and counted the number of Mercedes ever built that he gave 4 stars. Less than 12. The cars are rare, expensive, and will probably see significant price increases in the future, much like the 3.5 convertible.

---------- I find the W124 Cabriolet very classy, elegant, and rare. Is the 3,676 quoted its world-wide production, or just sold to US? For comparison, how about numbers for the sedan, the wagon, and the coupe? |

According to the MBUSA website, the figures are for US sales. The totals are as follows:
YEAR US Sales Retail Price 1993 766 $76,500. 1994 1,698 $77,300. 1995 3,676 $79,000. I don't have any information on the other models. |

It kind of gripes me that a 124 will bring more money than my 129, but who ever said life was fair ?

'95 E320 Cabriolet... going, going, gone!
Sold it for the asking price. But I liked it so much, I bought another '95 w/33K miles. My new one was produced on 11/8/95 and I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how to figure out how close to the end of '95 production run of 3,676 cars this would be? The production number is 280623. Thanks!

Congrats on your sale and new purchase. What color combination did you get?
My 95 Cab was assembled in 07/04, with a VIN of 167954. It's an early 95, but with a high production number. It looks to me like all models share the same series of numbers.
