First preference would be something with less then 150k miles. Needs to have some service history and in good shape.

I'm located in Wisconsin, but will travel anywhere in the US for the right car.

Open to either the 300/320 or the 400/420, colors don't make a difference.

i have a 1994 e420 with 135000 miles. bought new in dec. 1994 (one-owner). full service history. recent $5000 maintenace. no known paint work. white with gray interior. asking $12,500.00 obo. let me know if you are interested.

Matthew, I am willing to part with a 4Matic that I have put together as a winter family sport car that might be perfect for your part of the country. I just did head gasket, new tires, front wheel sensors. It's right at 150K and is not "perfect" but all systems work, it shows well, and will go anywhere.

It has a factory ski rack, custom made bin in the trunk for muddy and/or snow covered boots, custom made pole holder, and safety equipment.

This is the last year they made the 4Matic in the W124. Remember, it's the sedan.
