Euro 82 240D, parts car

Well, I need to sell my Euro 240D. It's in decent shape, with the normal rust spots on the doors. Blue out & in. It's got the 4 spd manual tranny with new clutch & throw out bearing. The engine is shot. I took the head off & there's a hole through the #3 piston & I don't have the time or money to rebuild it or replace it. It's got the self leveling suspension on the rear like the wagons, but I sold the pump already, everything else is there.
I won't part it out, don't have the time. It must be picked up in Grafton, OH, will ship if buyer arranges it.
I'm asking $500 OBO for it. I was planning on swapping the tranny into my wagon, but I just need to get rid of it now.
