As this is a Euro model, are there any issues regarding licensing or emissions testing? Are there any changes that need to be made to the car before it can legally be titled, driven, and insured?

BTW, I also live in Illinois, north of you, up in McHenry County. I should mention that I saw your car on Craigslist.

The car is legally titled, insured, and driven right now; if your neck of the woods gets really picky with inspections, they might notice the headlights are not DOT and the speedo is in kph, but I would be surprised if they caught those things. We don't have inspections here, so it's not been an issue.
