Driver's door has some weirdness going on with that dent and apparent repaint. For a 5 speed and the super-duper-long body I would sell my 300cd, though.

I didn't notice it was a long wheelbase....now that would probably weigh about as much as a 300td.
Still would be fast enough to be fun to drive though, IMHO, but you know, I am amused driving a 240d!:P |
I bet that car has a sweet ride lonnnnnnng wheelbase M110 5spd:cool:

WOW with only #20,656 ever produced between1979-1985 #4598 produced 1984. That car was a steal for his asking price VERY LOW Production numbers:cool: Sure there were alot less Getrag 5 spd. manuals also.

That will be a neat car; the nice thing about it is that fixing the little bit of rust and that ding, etc... are a no-brainer, given it's rarity. Sometimes you buy an old Mercedes and immediately regret putting money into it when you see a nicer one for cheaper (or the same price). No real risk of that here; you have a RARE car. Pics, please, once you get it! EDIT: Where do you live? I suspect there may be a few of us lining up to come have a look if you're nearby. You could charge admission. |
