Need some cash. NOW. 87 300D

OK, I need some cash to make this trip happen to pick up the new engine for my 85.

So I'm going to sacrifice my 87 300D to the highest offer this week only. If I don't get an offer asap I might as well not sell it.

So here is the skinny,

Car is located in Trenton GA. I could tow it to the buyer if within a reasonable distance.

The cars sitting at the repair shop. The engines top end is completely torn down. (The bottom end is great.) I have a new head that's been fully tested and ready to go back on. I have everything to finish the job including a complete new bolt set, new gaskets, new pins for the timing rail etc. The car has a new oem starter, a new oem water pump (still in the box).
I have done the EGR mod with the block off kit and removed all unnecessary emissions crap.

I have a completely rebuilt mono wiper updated to the newer style wiper transmission. New shock mounts, car has a full set of blisteins only a few years old all the way around with receipts.

New windshield installed just a couple weeks before I cracked the original head (bad water pump, hence the new one)

Also a pile of receipts from the PO who did almost 4800 in repairs to the car (basically a full front end suspension rebuild among other things a couple years ago.

Video when I first got it...

Video after I cracked the head. With a walk around (it was about 20 deg out)

This is a quick one time fire sale. I really want that new engine and need the cash to make the trip to get it. I will not refuse any reasonable offer. I'm almost tempted to pull the drive train and other good parts on monday and send the body to scrap as it would get me the cash I need. (I'm only short about 600 bucks)

Oh, and as to why it's not back together....

The guy I have it at is a big rig shop. The Tornados in april caused him to be completely swamped with work fixing the tree removal trucks. It shouldn't take a competent mechanic more that and day or 2 to bolt everything back together.

It only took me 4 hours to completely remove the new head from the donor car for example. I'm saying "new" because the head was sent into a build shop in Chattanooga for full testing and cleaning and is like new now. That alone cost a couple hundred bucks. So with the driving to get it and the extra work I put into it, I have close to 500 bucks invested in that head.

Personally, I don't have the skill set or trust in myself to put the new head back on. I'm afraid I'll do something stupid and end up hurting it.

I even have a new replacement flex tube for the exhaust to replace the leaking one I welded in the video.

The original milage for the car is correct at 225k. Odometer works fine.

Well. no interest in the car as is, I talked to my mechanic yesterday and the shop is finally looking empty. He thinks he'll have it in next week to put it all back together. I found a good dash for it also that I'll run up and get.

Once together I might as well keep it cause at that point It's better than most others I would be able to locate as a replacement down the road.

So Sales off. I was able to come up with the cash I needed doing some other stuff.
