Looks like a used mph speedometer was (recently?) installed to hide the actual mileage (the other gauges don't look to be as faded).
I noticed a close up pic of the import plaque on the door jamb is absent, so we can't tell when it was brought over.

It could be easily made right (to be fair the interior is in pretty good shape condition wise), but $30K? Really?
