1984 Original 5 Speed 190E 2.3 8V
Hi everybody!
Available is my 84 190E with the very rare manual transmission option. After replacing MANY parts, I've got her in AWESOME running condition. BUT, my fiance has talked me into parting with her and getting something newer to compliment my 500E. So this must go. I've put LOTS of time and parts into it in recent weeks. I've replaced: Ignition Wires Spark Plugs Breather hoses, crankcase hoses Thermo-Vacuum switch Fuel Pressure regulator Fuel Pump Fuel Filter Hood Strap (lol) Steering Center Link Replaced muffler and piping from the catalytic converter back. and more, I'm sure I'm forgetting things. There are lots of receipts shows LOTS of other parts replaced by the previous owner: Cap and rotor Clutch master and slave cylinder Remanufactured Fuel Distributor New(er) shocks New(er) BF Goodrich tires New(er) brakes Cooling system flush and more. Clean title. For you Cali people, SMOG was done and the registration is current. She seriously runs like a CHAMP and needs nothing mechanically. Has typical "little" things as expected for a 30 year old Mercedes. No smoking, no noises, no overheating. ETC. Steering and suspension is nice and tight. Manual trans shifts buttery smooth with no funny business, no grinding, noise, popping out of gear, etc. Cosmetically, she's in DECENT condition. There's a bit of a wrinkle on the fender and some chipping, but with some elbow grease and love, it would show very, very well. Obviously, she's no concours queen.
