I am looking to get into the w124

M104s only

I am looking for a car with clean body/no rust and fairly good interior.
Wagon is a big plus,Black on black is a plus, white/black is also a plus, NO ASR is a plus.

If its more than 100 miles from Chicago it should be in condition that will allow me to drive it back.
If its fairly local than it can have HG or wiring harness issues as long as you can show me the engine run.

I have a clean and modified e21 (I know MB only) that i will be willing to trade for a really clean wagon example.
