I bought a 1975 240D with a bad automatic
transmission, but excellent engine.

I'm gonna do an engine transplant from the '75 into
the '70 this weekend. It should be pretty easy.
Anyways. the 1975 looks so fantastic that its a shame
to have it crushed.

So Im throwing it out there for $100 bucks in hopes
that someone has a rusted out, or crashed 1975 240D
who needs a body for thier existing
engine/transmission

Its a 1975 W115 240D. Body and Chrome are in *MINT*
condition. no rust, no dents, and paint still gleams.
Interior is dark blue and in excellent condition.
Current california registration. clear title...
